Every new client starts with a consultation. It is where the method, the colour and the length get decided, and where you find out what the upkeep actually involves before you commit to it.
In the studio or by video. We look at your own hair honestly, match the colour against your root, and agree the method and the length. A deposit holds your install date and comes off the total.
One client at a time, in a private suite. Your hair is cut and blended on your head, not fitted off a shelf, and you leave knowing how to wash it and sleep in it.
Every six to eight weeks the rows come down, your hair is washed and checked, and everything goes back up. This is the appointment that keeps the install looking like it did on day one.
